Carbon Nanomaterial Based Rooting Hormone

Vulpes has developed a new rooting hormone by modifying the surface of carbon nanomaterial to include a hormonal structure.

Existing research with University of Florida has demonstrated that the new rooting hormone stimulates ornamental root growth at least 14% faster than the industry standard, Indole-3-butyric acid. Research with other teams at University of Florida also demonstrates that the new rooting hormone can stimulate root growth in a wide variety of row crops, including corn and sugar beet.
